Technologies that release the burden of "Thinking" and makes decisions for us. "Eat this diet, the App will count the calories", "Walk so and so many miles, the App is counting the steps", small conveniences to "help ease up life". The Senses! The feeling in the Body. "What I want to eat, drink and do with my body in any given moment". Even this! "This Application will check the buns in the oven for you, and let you know, when they are ready"... And the baker doesn't have to use their eyes, their nose and touch with their hands, to know if the buns are ready baked for Their taste! And so on, and so on... just to give with this simple examples an idea of Huge disadvantages in too much technology inorder to draw the picture, make the point. How the knot in the stomach, the feeling of "this isn't right" IS the true communication, which One can Trust! It is the Conscience, remember? Trust Oneself! You Must! We got to! To Rip ourselves free from the Programming; You are not a machine, and neither Am I.
